The honest version
Most agents do not lose deals. They lose follow-up.
Leads arrive while you are showing
A buyer submits a form during a showing. The first agent to reply usually wins, and by the time you are out of the car they have already spoken to someone else.
The long follow-up dies
A seller is twelve months out. Nobody keeps that thread alive for twelve months by hand, so the relationship quietly expires and they list with whoever stayed in touch.
Your public record is scattered
Reviews sit on Zillow, Google and Facebook. One listing shows an old phone number. A sold property still looks active. Buyers notice, and so do sellers deciding who to trust.
What we deploy
Agents that do the repetitive work.
Each one is scoped to a single job, connected to your own systems, and built with the approvals that keep a person in control of anything that matters.
Speed-to-lead agent
Every new enquiry from portals, your site and social gets a reply in under a minute, asks the qualifying questions you would ask, and books a call into your calendar when it looks real.
- Replies in seconds, day or night
- Asks your qualifying questions
- Books straight into your calendar
- Hands you the transcript before you call
Long-horizon nurture agent
Keeps the twelve-month seller warm with something useful every few weeks: a comparable sale, a market shift, a genuine check-in. Not a drip template nobody reads.
- Written per contact, not per list
- References real local sales
- Knows when to stop
- Tells you the moment intent changes
Listings accuracy agent
Audits every place your name and listings appear — Google, Zillow, Realtor, your brokerage profile — and flags wrong phone numbers, stale status, missing photos and duplicate entries.
- Checks hours, phone and address
- Flags sold listings still active
- Catches duplicate profiles
- Weekly report of what changed
Review agent
Asks for a review at closing, when satisfaction is highest, routes anything negative to you privately first, and posts the good ones to the right platforms.
- Triggered at closing, not on a timer
- Negative feedback comes to you first
- Google, Zillow and Facebook
- Tracks response time on every review
Where the data comes from
Connected to the systems you already run.
An agent that cannot see your records is just a chatbot. Most of the engineering is safe, permissioned access to the software your team already uses every day.
Your CRM
Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot and similar tools hold the pipeline the agent needs to know who to contact next.
Zillow, Realtor.com and portal leads
Portal leads land in the same queue as everything else, so nothing sits in an inbox you check twice a day.
Google Business Profile
Reviews, hours and contact details stay correct, since this is where most people check an agent before calling.
Your calendar
Showings and calls are booked directly rather than traded by email, which is where momentum usually dies.
Email and SMS
Nurture that reaches people where they read it, with every exchange logged against the contact.
Your brokerage profile
We flag inconsistencies between your brokerage record and the details published elsewhere.
Portal integrations depend on what your MLS and portal agreements permit. We work with the lead delivery your brokerage and portals actually provide rather than promising a connection that rule or contract forbids.
Where we are careful
What we will not automate.
Every industry has lines that should not be crossed by software. Being clear about them is what makes the rest trustworthy.
- The agent never gives legal, valuation or contractual advice. It books the conversation, it does not replace it.
- We do not scrape data in breach of portal terms, and we will not build something that violates your MLS agreement.
- Messages that come from your licence and your reputation are drafted, reviewed and signed by you. The agent does not speak for you unapproved.
- We do not touch fair housing. The agent is built and checked so it cannot filter or describe prospects in protected terms.
Before you ask
Questions from real estate professionals.
Will it talk to leads in my voice?+
It is trained on your existing message threads and approved templates, with the goal of getting the person on the phone with you, not of holding a long conversation on your behalf.
Can it book showings?+
It can book into your calendar against the availability you set. It does not confirm a showing you have not approved, and it escalates anything unusual.
Does the listing audit actually fix things?+
It finds and reports the inconsistencies, and where a platform allows automated updates it applies them. Where it does not, you get a specific list with links rather than a vague warning.
What about fair housing?+
The agent is constrained from discussing, filtering or steering on protected characteristics, and it escalates rather than guesses. This is treated as a hard requirement, not a setting.
I am a solo agent. Is this overkill?+
Solo agents usually see the biggest gain, because you are the person showing houses while leads go unanswered. Speed-to-lead alone tends to pay for it.
What is an hour of your response time worth?
Tell us how many leads arrive while you are in a showing. That number is the case for building this.
